- Delivery
- All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse using Royal Mail or DPD if it's a UK based order and DHL if it's outside of the UK. We ship orders daily and they should be with you within 1-5 working days after placing it.
- Returns & Replacements

Every purchase is covered by an exchange or refund warranty within 45 days from the date of parcel shipment.
If you fill out the returns form and return it to us along with the item we will contact you when it is received. If you do not have a copy of the form, return your item along with a note containing your order number and whether you would like a return or refund. These details will ensure your request is dealt with correctly and quickly.

- You will be emailed all of your order details once you've placed an order, or you can log in using the link at the top of the page.
- Updating Account Information
- If you need to updated any information in your account, please log in using the link at the top and follow the insructions. If you have made an order and want to change your details before we ship the item(s) you will need to contact us.
